VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Client Advocate
Advocates provide peer counseling to women, men, and families who may be experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. Volunteers listen to the client’s story and offer information, resources, and encouragement. This requires client advocate training, provided by JCPC. We are always in need of bilingual volunteers as well! Contact us if interested by phone or email.
Change For Life
Every Mother’s Day marks the start of our annual Change For Life fundraiser. We partner with area churches by handing out empty baby bottles that your congregation can take home, fill with spare change and return on Father’s Day. Facility
There are lots of moving parts that keep the Center up and running. From deep cleaning, remodeling, yard work, or inventory, we welcome your help! If you or your group have an interest in volunteering in this way, call and let us know.
Fundraising and Event Planning Team
We would like to develop a volunteer team to take on some of our fundraising and event planning responsibilities to allow our staff more time and energy to focus on our clients. If you are interested in helping in this way, please contact our director Karen Jones by phone or email.
EVENTS
Annual Fundraising Banquet
Our largest fundraising event of the year takes place every spring. It’s a chance to gather together in person and invite friends to discover what JC Pregnancy Center is really all about. The program is highlighted by testimonies from clients and staff as well as encouragement from a guest speaker. You can find more details HERE.
